Booking Policy
At Cosmetic 360, we value your time and strive to offer a seamless booking experience. To ensure fairness and availability for all our clients, the following policy is in place:

Non-Refundable Deposit:
A $50 deposit is required to secure any service appointment. This deposit confirms your commitment to the appointment and helps us manage our schedule effectively. -
Deposit Application:
The $50 deposit will be applied toward your total service cost at the time of your appointment. Please note that the deposit is non-transferable and can only be used for the service you initially booked. -
Rescheduling Guidelines:
We understand that schedules can change. If you need to reschedule, kindly notify us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid losing your deposit. This notice period ensures we can offer the time slot to another client. -
Late Arrivals & No-Shows:
Arriving late or not showing up for your appointment may result in a shorter service time or loss of your deposit. Please be punctual to enjoy your full session.
